ACEMBL Expression System User Manual ACEMBL is a multiprotein expression system for various expression hosts (prokaryotic and eukaryotic) that relies on recombineering. ACEMBL is fully automatable. The ACEMBL Expression System User Manual provides step-by-step protocols for multigene recombineering for multiprotein complex production in E.coli. A similar User Manual for baculovirus/insect cell based multicomplex expression by using the ACEMBL routines will follow in due course.
